Where you’ve been is only part of your story.
Some adults need more than a temporary bed. They need a structured home, a thoughtful placement and a clear path forward. We serve men and women, 18 and older, in gender-separated homes, each connected to a case manager, employment plan or other service plan.

There is room for what comes next.
A new chapter deserves a steady foundation.
For adults moving from incarceration to community supervision who want a structured, accountable place to land.
Space to rebuild daily life.
For adults completing a recovery or behavioral health program who are ready for a drug- and alcohol-free home and a steady routine.
Somewhere to begin again.
For adults leaving a hospital, a shelter or an unstable situation, and for working adults who need a steady address to find, keep or grow in a job. Many are referred through Coordinated Entry and outreach teams.
A place to regroup and move forward.
For HUD-VASH, SSVF and Grant and Per Diem (GPD) participants who need stable housing while their next step comes together.
Not every story fits a label. If someone is 18 or older and ready for structure and a fresh start, we’d like to hear about them.
Is this a good fit?
A good fit
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to walk and handle daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, meals, medications) independently
- Committed to a 100% drug- and alcohol-free home
- Willing to take part in their own service plan: case management, employment or medical follow-up
- Has a valid government-issued ID, or is actively working with an agency to get one
Not a good fit
- Needs 24/7 medical or nursing care
- History of violent offenses or arson
- In active crisis requiring inpatient psychiatric stabilization
- Unable to live independently in a shared home
Every referral is reviewed individually. We consider each person’s needs, readiness, support, funding source and fit with the home. Placement depends on eligibility, available space and an identified funding or payment arrangement.

A safe home

Two questions we hear often
Do I need a case manager to reach out?
No. Anyone can call us or send a question, whether you’re asking for yourself, a family member or a client. We’ll help you figure out the right next step.
How is housing paid for?
We work with a mix of payment arrangements, such as program or voucher funding and personal payment. We’ll talk through what fits each situation before placement.
